“We were quite nervous when we turned up with our new puppy at the Keston class, but Therese soon put Bilbo and us at our ease. He quickly got used to all the other dogs in a safe environment and it was a great way to start the socialisation process. The classes are friendly and well-managed and are full of useful tips to help understand the dog’s behaviour and to provide ways to deal with whatever they may do!
